This report describes the potential of vacuum differential mobility spectrometry (DMS) as an additional separation dimension to reduce liquid chromatography (LC‐MS) analysis time while maintaining good quantitative performance. A 1‐min trap/elute LC‐vDMS‐SIM/MS method for quantification of 11 drugs of abuse was developed and applied to the analysis of ...

This study investigates the cellular uptake and penetration of polymeric micelles with different drug loading contents in 2D and 3D cancer cell models. The higher toxicity in micelles with higher drug loading content is associated with higher cellular uptake in both monolayer cell culture and multicellular tumor spheroids, monitored using confocal ...

This study demonstrates that concentrations of cocaine and its main metabolites in hair reliably predict an individual's actual intensity of cocaine use and effectively differentiate between dependent and non‐dependent users. ABSTRACT In forensic toxicology, it has been debated if hair testing allows an estimation of the intensity of cocaine use—an ...

Previously, we reported novel and efficient methods for the Bischler–Napieralski and Robinson–Gabriel reactions of tryptamides under microwave conditions using T3P® reagent. Furthermore, we presented the first computational study on Bischler–Napieralski reaction of Nb‐benzoyltryptamine with T3P® leading to 1‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐β‐carboline.
