Revealing the Diverse Allergenic Protein Repertoire of Six Widely Consumed Crab Species: A Species‐Specific Allergen in King Crab

This study comprehended the allergen profiles of six edible crab species using proteomic and transcriptomic analyses and identified 11 putative allergens. King crab has a distinct protein and allergen profile, with the discovery of malate dehydrogenase as a novel king crab‐specific allergen registered as Para c 11.

Colostrum as a Protective Factor Against Peanut Allergy: Evidence From a Birth Cohort

This study investigates whether partial colostrum feeding (PCF) due to formula supplements in the first 3 days increases the risk of food allergy beyond cow's milk. PCF infants showed increased risk of peanut allergy and multiple food allergies compared to exclusively colostrum‐fed (ECF) infants.

This prospective multicenter study corroborates the efficacy of AIT with the native HDM allergen extract in Chinese AR patients with diverse HDM sensitization patterns. HDM sensitization pattern affects the efficacy of AIT, with patients sensitized to both major and minor allergens of HDM showing improved outcomes with HDM SCIT.
