Antifungalni učinak ekstrakta vrste Allium porrum L. (Lilliaceae)

Ispitivanja su provedena sa dvije vrste eksztrakata Allium porrum (hidrofilni i eterski)na plijesni Aspergillus flavus i A. ochraceus koji su producenti aflatoksina B1 i okratoksina A. Hidrofilni ekstrakti djeluju fungicidno na A. ochraceus i A. flavus u konc. 300 mg/mL, odnosno 750 mg/mL.
