Antimicrobial Efficacy of Garlic (Allium sativum) Extract Against Aeromonas Hydrophila Isolated From Diseased Pangasius Catfish. [PDF]
The study evaluated the antibacterial efficacy of garlic (Allium sativum) extracts against Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from diseased Pangasius catfish. Methanolic extract exhibited significant antibacterial activity, producing the largest inhibition zone (15.11 ± 0.05 mm) at 8 mg/mL and showing MIC and MBC values at 6–8 and 8 mg/mL, respectively.
