Elemental analysis of alloys by XRF
Journal of Radioanalytical and Nuclear Chemistry Articles, 1985XRF was used for routine analysis of different kinds of alloys, such as archeological findings, materials used in dentistry, and Al alloyed with Ga used in industry. The results of these analyses are described in this paper.
