How structural disorder and polyelectrolyte properties of prothymosin α enable its large interactome
In this review, complexes of the fully disordered and highly negatively charged prothymosin α are collected, described, and discussed. Linked to its poly‐electrostatic character, prothymosin α engages a large interactome through multiple different binding modes ranging from fully disordered complexes to short linear motif (SLiM)‐driven interactions ...

In the Service of Continuity. Ethnoarchaeology in Serbia
Ethnoarchaeology as a sub-discipline of archaeology primarily entails survey and research of various aspects of contemporary societies, in order to enable archaeologists to understand the dynamic processes that have created in the past the phenomena we ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

In this paper, we investigate the pth mean almost periodic solution to a neutral stochastic evolution equation with infinite delay and Poisson jumps. We give a sufficient condition for the existence and uniqueness of pth mean almost periodic solution and

Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

Circulating microRNAs as biomarkers of cachexia and sex‐specific cancer in senior dogs. In 25 client‐owned dogs, four circulating miRNAs (miR‐15a, miR‐15b, miR‐16, miR‐140) were downregulated in cachexia, with miR‐16 the strongest individual biomarker (AUC = 0.899).

Modes of continuity involving almost and ideal convergence
We investigate some properties of almost convergence and compare it with other kinds of convergence. moreover, we present different modes of continuity considering almost, single and ideal convergence, giving some relations between them and some examples.

Strong continuity for the 2D Euler equations [PDF]
We prove two results of strong continuity with respect to the initial datum for bounded solutions to the Euler equations in vorticity form. The first result provides sequential continuity and holds for a general bounded solution.

Generalizations of Z-supercontinuous functions and Dδ-supercontinuous functions
Two new classes of functions, called ‘almost z-supercontinuous functions’ and ’almost Dδ-supercontinuous functions’ are introduced. The class of almost z-supercontinuous functions properly includes the class of z-supercontinuous functions (Indian J. Pure

Almost continuity implies closure continuity [PDF]
AbstractThe purpose of this note is to answer in the affirmative a long standing open question raised by Singal and Singal — whether every almost continuous function is closure continuous (θ-continuous).
