Invariant measures for Burgers equation with stochastic forcing
In this paper we study the following Burgers equation du/dt + d/dx (u^2/2) = epsilon d^2u/dx^2 + f(x,t) where f(x,t)=dF/dx(x,t) is a random forcing function, which is periodic in x and white noise in t.

Prevalence and Trajectory of Household Material Hardship Among Children With Advanced Cancer
ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Families of children with advanced cancer living in poverty experience inferior outcomes including poor parent mental health and worse child quality of life. Household material hardship (HMH: food, housing, transportation, and/or utility insecurity) is a modifiable poverty exposure—and potential intervention target—that ...

Almost Periodic Functions on Time Scales and Applications
We first propose the concept of almost periodic time scales and then give the definition of almost periodic functions on almost periodic time scales, then by using the theory of calculus on time scales and some mathematical methods, some basic results ...

ABSTRACT Background Families of children with cancer experience significant financial strain, even with universal healthcare. Indirect costs, such as productivity losses and non‐medical expenses, are rarely included in economic evaluations, and little is known about how effectively financial aid programmes alleviate this burden. Childhood brain tumours

In this paper, we consider the almost periodic dynamics of a multispecies Lotka-Volterra mutualism system with time varying delays on time scales. By establishing some dynamic inequalities on time scales, a permanence result for the model is obtained ...

ABSTRACT Introduction Bloodstream infections due to repeated vascular access (VA) puncture and circuit connections remain major concerns in hemodialysis. Therefore, we examined current practices for glove, disinfectant, and personal protective equipment (PPE) use according to VA type in national university hospitals in Japan.

Phase-averaged transport for quasi-periodic Hamiltonians
For a class of discrete quasi-periodic Schroedinger operators defined by covariant re- presentations of the rotation algebra, a lower bound on phase-averaged transport in terms of the multifractal dimensions of the density of states is proven.

Almost periodic generalized solutions of differential equations
The aim of this paper is to prove the existence of almost periodic generalized ultradistributions for some linear ordinary differential equations. Firstly, the authors established several properties on the algebra of almost periodic generalized ultradistributions. Secondly the authors studied the equation: (S) \(x'(t)=Ax(t)+f(t)\), they proved when the

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).
