Existence of positive almost periodic solutions for a Nicholson's blowflies model
This article concerns the existence of almost periodic solutions for a Nicholson's blowflies model with a nonlinear density-dependent mortality term. By utilizing a fixed point theorem in cones, we establish the existence of almost periodic solutions.

Phase-matched four wave mixing and quantum beam splitting of matter waves in a periodic potential
We show that the dispersion properties imposed by an external periodic potential ensure both energy and quasi-momentum conservation such that correlated pairs of atoms can be generated by four wave mixing from a Bose-Einstein condensate moving in an ...

Existence and Stability of Almost Periodic Solutions in Almost Periodic Systems
where x$ are real, k is a positive integer and a^(f) are almost periodic functions of t. Under some conditions on ##(£), Theorem 1 shows that the trivial solution of the first approximation of system (1-1) is uniformly asymptotically stable in a subspace IT of R (see Definition 2) .

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Convergence over fractals for the periodic Schr\"odinger equation
We consider a fractal refinement of the Carleson problem for pointwise convergence of solutions to the periodic Schr\"odinger equation to their initial datum. For $\alpha \in (0,d]$ and $s < \frac{d}{2(d+1)} (d + 1 - \alpha)$, we find a function in $H^s(\

We construct quasi-periodic and almost periodic solutions for coupled Hamiltonian systems on an infinite lattice which is translation invariant. The couplings can be long range, provided that they decay moderately fast with respect to the distance.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.
