On the stepanov almost periodic solution of a second-order infinitesimal generator differential equation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1991
The Stepanov almost periodic solution of a certain second-order differential equation in a reflexive Banach space is shown to be almost periodic.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Global Analysis of Almost Periodic Solution of a Discrete Multispecies Mutualism System

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2014
This paper discusses a discrete multispecies Lotka-Volterra mutualism system. We first obtain the permanence of the system. Assuming that the coefficients in the system are almost periodic sequences, we obtain the sufficient conditions for the existence ...

Almost periodic solution in distribution for stochastic differential equations with Stepanov almost periodic coefficients

open access: yes, 2017
This paper deals with the existence and uniqueness of ($\mu$-pseudo) almost periodic mild solution to some evolution equations with Stepanov ($\mu$-pseudo) almost periodic coefficients, in both determinist and stochastic cases.

Crucial parameters for precise copy number variation detection in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded solid cancer samples

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that copy number variations (CNVs) can be reliably detected in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) solid cancer samples using ultra‐low‐pass whole‐genome sequencing, provided that key (pre)‐analytical parameters are optimized.

Pseudo Almost-Periodic Solution of Shunting Inhibitory Cellular Neural Networks with Delay

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2011
Shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks are studied. Some sufficient criteria are obtained for the existence and uniqueness of pseudo almost-periodic solution of this system. Our results improve and generalize those of the previous studies.

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Almost Periodic Solution of a Multispecies Discrete Mutualism System with Feedback Controls

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2015
We consider an almost periodic multispecies discrete Lotka-Volterra mutualism system with feedback controls. We firstly obtain the permanence of the system by utilizing the theory of difference equation.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.
