Parameter-uniform numerical treatment of singularly perturbed parabolic delay differential equations with nonlocal boundary conditions [PDF]
This paper focuses on solving singularly perturbed parabolic equations of the convection-diffusion type with a large negative spatial shift and an integral boundary condition.

Uniform approximation of eigenvalues in Laguerre and Hermite â-ensembles by roots of orthogonal polynomials [PDF]
We derive strong uniform approximations for the eigenvalues in general Laguerre and Hermite beta-ensembles by showing that the maximal discrepancy between the suitably scaled eigenvalues and roots of orthogonal polynomials converges almost surely to zero

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Algebraic Davis decomposition and asymmetric Doob inequalities
In this paper we investigate asymmetric forms of Doob maximal inequality. The asymmetry is imposed by noncommutativity. Let $(\M,\tau)$ be a noncommutative probability space equipped with a weak-$*$ dense filtration of von Neumann subalgebras $(\M_n)_{n \

A chiral photodetector capable of selectively distinguishing left‐ and right‐handed circularly polarized light is experimentally demonstrated. The device, which features a nanopatterned electrode inverse‐designed by a genetic algorithm within a metal–dielectric–metal nanocavity that incorporates a vacuum‐deposited small‐molecule multilayer, exhibits ...

Single Functional Index Quantile Regression for Functional Data with Missing Data at Random
The primary goal of this research was to estimate the quantile of a conditional distribution using a semi-parametric approach in the presence of randomly missing data, where the predictor variable belongs to a semi-metric space.

Autocontinuity and convergence theorems for the Choquet integral [PDF]
Our aim is to provide some convergence theorems for the Choquet integral with respect to various notions of convergence. For instance, the dominated convergence theorem for almost uniform convergence is related to autocontinuous set functions ...

From Single Atoms to Nanoparticles: Pathways Toward Efficient and Durable Pt/TiO2 Photocatalysts
Platinum single atoms on TiO2 nanosheets evolve into clusters and nanoparticles under ethanol photoreforming and thermal treatments. By controlling deposition and post‐treatments, particle size and location on specific facets are modulated. The study reveals how stability pathways determine efficiency, guiding the design of more durable photocatalysts.

Numerical solution of singularly perturbed parabolic differential difference equations
This study presents a computational method for the singularly perturbed parabolic differential difference equations with small negative shifts in convection and reaction terms. To handle the small negative shifts, the Taylor series expansion is applied.
