Influence of Top Electrode Metal on Resistive Switching in Multilayer MOCVD MoS2 Memristors

Controlling Self‐Doping in Conjugated Polyelectrolyte Copolymers to Vary the Threshold Voltage in OECTs

Two series of self‐doped conjugated polyelectrolytes are synthesized from a non‐self‐dopable building block 3MEEET and a self‐dopable building‐block 3HOT−[TMA+] or 3HOT−[SO3H] enabling precise control over the degree of self‐doping, which in turn directly governs the threshold voltage (VT) in OECTs over a wide range of 700 mV.

Balancing Injection and Short‐Channel Effects in Organic Permeable Base Transistors via Thickness Scaling

Organic permeable base transistors are shown to benefit from balanced control of the semiconductor layers above and below the permeable base. Simulations and experiments indicate that the top semiconductor layer affects charge injection and lateral transfer length, while the bottom layer modulates the collector‐induced short‐channel effects.
