Microwave assisted synthesis, antifungal activity, and DFT study of some novel triazolinone derivatives. [PDF]
A series of some novel 1,2,4‐triazol‐5(4H)‐one derivatives were designed and synthesized under microwave irradiation via multistep reaction. The structures of 1,2,4‐triazoles were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, FTIR, and elemental analysis. The antifungal activities of 1,2,4‐triazoles were determined.

Abstract The ability of Poa annua L. to adapt to most turfgrass environments extends to its ability to develop resistance to commonly used herbicides. Herbicide resistant P. annua is of almost epidemic proportions. The loss of once viable chemical‐based treatments pushes practitioners towards more expensive, and often less effective, control strategies.

Abstract Water consumption and supply for the urban landscape continues to be a concern for many communities throughout the United States. A 2‐yr field study was conducted in the cool‐humid region to determine the irrigation requirements of drought sensitive (DS) and drought resistant (DR) Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.; KBG) and tall fescue ...

Tall Fescue and Perennial Ryegrass Reseeding Intervals for Amicarbazone [PDF]
Turf managers applying amicarbazone for annual bluegrass (Poa annua L.) control in cool-season turfgrasses may wish to reseed into treated areas. Field experiments were conducted in Georgia and Tennessee to investigate perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) and tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) reseeding intervals after amicarbazone ...

Mesotrione and Amicarbazone Tank-mixtures for Annual Bluegrass (Poa annua) Control in Cool-season Turfgrass [PDF]
Annual bluegrass (Poa annua L.) control with postemergence herbicides in cool-season turfgrass is often inconsistent. Amicarbazone and mesotrione have complementary modes of action but have not been evaluated in tank-mixtures for control of mature annual bluegrass in cool-season turfgrass. Field experiments were conducted during 2018 in New Jersey, and

Efficiency and safety of combined herbicide Avrora, OD for corn protection
Field small-plot experiments were carried out in the Moscow region, Rostov region and the Republic of Dagestan in 2021-2022. Herbicide Avrora, OD (100 g/l mesotrione + 80 g/l amicarbazone + 60 g/l nicosulfuron + 5 g/l aminopyralid) was studied during the

Seed bank and control of Rottboellia exaltata using clomazone alone and in combination with other herbicides. [PDF]

ECOLOGICAL AND HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF NEW PESTICIDES FOR GRAIN CEREALS CHEMICAL PROTECTION
Relevance. The use of pesticides in the national economy is to destroy or inhibit the growth of harmful plants and to protect crops from pathogens requires a mandatory assessment of their environmental hygienic hazard.

Selectivity of herbicides used in corn on Crotalaria ochroleuca G. Don [PDF]
In the cropping systems that integrate the corn crop, the insertion of Crotalaria ochroleuca G. Don is predominantly intercropped. In this context, there is a need to observe herbicides that present selectivity for this sunn hemp species.
