稲わらの飼料価値に対するアンモニア処理および酸化剤とアンモニア併用処理の影響を明らかにするために,これら粗飼料と濃厚飼料をめん羊に給与し,自由採食量および各成分の消化率を比較検討した.約3cmに細切した稲わら(RS)の風乾物重量に対して水50%(w/w)およびアンモニア(NH3)5%(w/w)を添加密封し,室温で30日間処理したものをアンモニア処理稲わら(ARS)とした.5%酸化剤(NaClO2, w/w)と5%NH3を同時に添加し,同様に処理した稲わらを併用処理稲わら(OARS)とした.処理後風乾してアンモニア臭を除去したそれぞれの粗飼料と一定量の大麦一大豆粕主体の濃厚飼料(体重の1.5%)を給与し,粗飼料の自由採食量を求めた.さらに粗飼料と濃厚飼料の給与比率を一定(3.3/5.2,w/w ...
