Design of an Indigenised Electronic Lock‐In Amplifier [PDF]
An indigenised lock‐in amplifier is designed that enables the accurate measurement of signals contaminated by broad‐band noise, power‐line pick‐up, frequency drift, or other sources of interference. It does this by means of an extremely narrow band detector which has the centre of its passband locked to the frequency of the signal to be measured. Large

Thermal electron-tunneling devices as coolers and amplifiers [PDF]
AbstractNanoscale thermal systems that are associated with a pair of electron reservoirs have been previously studied. In particular, devices that adjust electron tunnels relatively to reservoirs’ chemical potentials enjoy the novelty and the potential.

Electron-avalanche amplifier based on the electronic Venturi effect [PDF]
Scattering of otherwise ballistic electrons far from equilibrium is investigated in a cold two-dimensional electron system. The interaction between excited electrons and the degenerate Fermi liquid induces a positive charge in a nanoscale region which would be negatively charged for diffusive transport at local thermal equilibrium.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
