Determination of Amygdalin in Blood Serum [PDF]
Abstract A rapid, simple and sensitive method for the repetitive determination of amygdalin in human serum has been developed. The method is based on the β-gluco-sidase-catalyzed hydrolysis of amygdalin to glucose, which subsequently is oxidized in the presence of glucose-oxidase.
