From a synthesized series of 2,4‐diaminoquinazoline‐type Y5R ligands, three were prepared as tritium‐labeled compounds and characterized by saturation equilibrium binding at HEC‐1B‐hY5R cells. [3H]32 was further applied in a competition binding assay. High non‐specific binding of the radioligands prompted investigation of material‐dependent adsorption.

ABSTRACT A 7‐month‐old female presented with a congenital sacrococcygeal mass. While SCT and MMC are common, MRI ruled them out, leading to simple excision. Histopathology revealed a rare subcutaneous sacrococcygeal lipoma. This case emphasizes the use of advanced imaging to differentiate benign soft‐tissue lesions from spinal or neoplastic pathologies

2‐(2‐Hydroxyethyl)anilinium chloride with an amphiphilic structure crystalizes into anhydrate and monohydrate lamellar‐type crystals composed of hydrophobic phenyl layers and polar hydrogen bond layers. X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric, and gas adsorption analyses revealed that the anhydrate crystals adsorb water vapor under atmospheric humidity ...

Exploring Biological Properties of Manganese(II)‐Phenanthroline‐Based Complexes: In Vitro Insights
Four Mn(II) complexes with phenanthroline derivatives were studied. These compounds were tested against several parasites and different human cancer cells. Despite its cytotoxicity on breast cancer, DNA seems not to be the main biological target. These complexes can drive the design and development of new metal‐based agents with improved biological ...
