Azide‐tethered iodonium ylides under copper catalysis generate metallocarbenes that undergo intramolecular trapping by the azide moiety and generate a reactive C‐acylimine, effectively coupling two nucleophilic centers. This intermediate can be trapped by a wide range of nucleophiles or 1,3‐dienes producing complex indolin‐3‐ones and ...

The cascade Michael/intramolecular transamidation reactions of 3‐phenacylidene‐2‐indolinone derivatives bearing a trifluoromethyl group as a novel Michael acceptor with hydrazines yielded the corresponding pyrazolidin‐3‐one derivatives in good to high yields with excellent diastereoselectivity.

Experimental study of a novel mouse model of tibial shaft fracture combined with blunt chest trauma
Novel animal models showed the same pathological mechanism and imaging characteristics as those of patients with multiple trauma. Our model is useful for studying whether blocking or interfering with cytokine responses is beneficial in the treatment of multiple trauma patients.
