Safety concerns of paternal drug exposure on fertility, pregnancy and offspring: An analysis based on the FDA adverse event reporting system

open access: yesAndrology, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Growing evidence indicates that paternal condition significantly influences pregnancy outcomes and offspring health. Aerobic exercise to alleviate primary dysmenorrhea in adolescents and young women: A systematic review and meta‐analysis of randomized controlled trials

open access: yesActa Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, Volume 104, Issue 5, Page 815-828, May 2025.
The results of this study indicate that different types and dosages of aerobic exercise produce varying dose‐response effects on pain intensity and duration in primary dysmenorrhea. It is essential to develop more precise aerobic exercise prescriptions for adolescents and young women within the specific clinical context.

Influence of instrument choice on fear of childbirth after assisted vaginal delivery: A secondary analysis of the Bergen birth study

open access: yesActa Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, Volume 104, Issue 5, Page 886-896, May 2025.
Assisted vaginal delivery was not associated with a higher risk of secondary fear of childbirth compared with spontaneous vaginal delivery. Both forceps and vacuum seem to be equally accepted by the parturient. Women with a secondary fear of childbirth are more likely to prefer Cesarean delivery in a potential subsequent pregnancy.
