Multifunctional Intelligent Metamaterial Computing System: Independent Parallel Analog Signal Processing

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research
Analog computing based on miniaturized surfaces has gained attention for its high‐speed and low‐power mathematical operations. Building on recent advances, an anisotropic space‐time digital metasurface for parallel and programmable wave‐based ...

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

フィルタ設計における計算効率改善に関する研究 [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
Signal processing technology was first developed as analog techniques, and digital techniques were later developed in 1960-70s. Recently digital techniques often take part in analog techniques due to the accurate performance of digital signals.

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Signal processing for PSoC based PIR motion detection

open access: yesJournal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation, 2012
A signal processing scheme for a programmable system-on-chip(PSoC)based human body infrared tracking system is described. The purpose of this project is to convert the analog signal from a passive infrared(PIR)sensor to a digital signal which will be used

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Error Model of a Measurement Chain Containing the Discrete Wavelet Transform Algorithm

open access: yesApplied Sciences
This paper presents an error model of a measurement chain containing a link that executes a discrete wavelet transform algorithm, which is most often the last stage of measurement signal processing.

Design of optical fiber transmission system of analog signal under microwave drying coal environment

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2015
Under high-power microwave environment, transmission of electrical signals could easily be affected by electromagnetic interference and lead to loss of transmission accuracy.
