Oxidation and molecular properties of microcystin-LR, microcystin-RR and anatoxin-a using UV-light-emitting diodes at 255 nm in combination with H2O2

Chemical Engineering Journal, 2019
On the use of UV light emitting diodes (UV-LEDs), emitting at 260–290 nm, has attracted attention for treating cyanotoxins, although most previous studies related with UV/H2O2 process have been used conventional mercury UV lamp (λ = 254 nm).

Evaluation of the subacute toxicity and teratogenicity of anatoxin-a

Toxicon, 1980
Abstract A sublethal dose in rats (i.p. and oral) had no effect on food consumption, growth, blood cells, serum enzymes or hepatic mixed function oxidase nor were morphological changes observed at necropsy. In hamsters there were no skeletal or soft tissue malformations, however, fetal stunting was observed.

ChemInform Abstract: Efficient Total Synthesis of (±)‐Anatoxin a.

Chemischer Informationsdienst, 1986
AbstractThe reductive amination of (III) [prepared from (I) or, on a larger scale, from (IV)] gives a mixture of amines (VII), whose ammonium tosylates undergo electrocyclic cleavage in the presence of silver salt (VI) to afford the trans cyclooctenes (VIII).

ChemInform Abstract: CHIROSPECIFIC SYNTHESES OF (+)‐ AND (‐)‐ANATOXIN A

Chemischer Informationsdienst, 1984
AbstractAusgehend von dem Thiolactam (Ia) wird zunächst das Thiolactam (Ib) synthetisiert, aus welchem dann über die Stufen (III) und (IV) der Ester (VI) zugänglich ist.
