External forces directly evaluated at the mesh nodes offer better computational performance at the cost of modelling fidelity.

Improved Performance and Stability of Perovskite Solar Cells by Incorporating Silicon Quantum Dots within the FAPbI3 Active Layer

A hybrid perovskite of FAPbI3 with surface‐engineered Si quantum dots (SiQDs, ≈2 nm) shows enhanced carrier transport, reduced surface defects, and modified Fermi level and bandgap. SiQDs are mostly integrated within the perovskite film, and the perovskite lattice serves as a scaffold for the integration of the QDs.
