Journal of Science and Technology - IUHThe effect of drying temperature on the drying kinetics of Angelica sinensis was experimentally studied using the hot air drying method. The experimental data show that drying curves were fit to Wang and Singh model and the Logarithmic model to predict the drying kinetics of Angelica sinensis.
