SSRP1/SLC3A2 Axis in Arginine Transport: A New Target for Overcoming Immune Evasion and Tumor Progression in Peripheral T‐Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 21, June 5, 2025.
Enhanced arginine uptake is a critical feature of metabolic reprogramming in PTCL, characterized by elevated expression of the arginine transporter SLC3A2. SLC3A2‐mediated arginine uptake facilitates PTCL proliferation and survival by enhancing OXPHOS metabolism and inducing immune evasion.

Genomics of Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma and Its Implications for Personalized Medicine

open access: yesFrontiers in Oncology, 2020
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare, heterogenous group of mature T-cell neoplasms that comprise 10–15% of non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases in the United States. All subtypes of PTCL, except for ALK+ anaplastic T-cell lymphoma, are associated with poor

Use of bronchoalveolar lavage in diagnosing angioimmunoblastic T‐cell lymphoma: A case report

open access: yesRespirology Case Reports, 2022
Angioimmunoblastic T‐cell lymphoma (AITL) is a type of peripheral T‐cell tumour that belongs to the group of non‐Hodgkin's lymphomas. Pulmonary lesions can be found in 7%–10% of AITL cases.

Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma: A Case Report

open access: yesPakistan Journal of Medicine and Dentistry
Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is a rare, aggressive type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) that is mostly diagnosed in elderly patients. Its non-specific clinical presentation (lymphadenopathy, fever, night sweats, weight loss, generalized ...

The Early Diagnostic Dilemma in Angioimmunoblastic T Cell Lymphoma with Excessive Plasma Cells Proliferation

open access: yesCase Reports in Medicine, 2021
Background. Angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma (AITL) is an aggressive Epstein–Barr virus-associated T cell lymphoma. Clinical syndromes of AITL are not confined to fever and lymphadenopathy, and patients may initially present with polyclonal plasma cell

Angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy with dysproteinemia and dermal T-cell lymphoma [PDF]

open access: yesCancer, 1994
T-cell receptor (TCR)-gamma gene rearrangements provide a specific clonal marker for T-cell malignancies of both the alpha beta and gamma delta varieties. A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based method was used in this study for investigation of clonal TCR-gamma gene rearrangements in a patient with a classical presentation of angioimmunoblastic ...
