Prognostic significance of interim PET/CT based on visual, SUV-based, and MTV-based assessment in the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
BACKGROUNDS: The role of interim PET/CT in peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is less identified compared to other subtype of lymphoma. This study prospectively investigated the prognostic accuracy of sequential interim PET/CT using visual and ...

Az érett T-sejtes lymphomák funkcionális patogenezise = Functional pathogenesis of mature T-cell lymphomas [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
A világon az elsők között állapítottuk meg, hogy az angioimmunoblastos T-sejtes lymphoma daganatsejtjei az aktivált follicularis B helper T-sejtek (TFH) immunfenotípusát mutatják.

Successful treatment with rituximab for angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma

open access: yesLeukemia Research Reports, 2013
We experienced a patient with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) without Epstein-Barr virus-positive B (EBV-B) cells at initial presentation who progressed to AITL with expansion of EBV-B cells at relapse. Based on the results of repeated biopsy, the patient was successfully treated with rituximab in combination with chemotherapy at relapse.

Improving conventional prognosticators in diffuse large B cell lymphoma using marker ratios [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Risk stratification for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is required as patients with disease may not be cured despite initial R-CHOP treatment. We investigated gene ratio tests to predict survival outcome of DLBCL patients based on the relationship
