Aptamer‐Directed Porous DNA Nanocomposite Hydrogel for Active Pulp Preservation: Immunomodulation, Stem Cell Recruitment and Reparative Dentinogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents an injectable DNA‐based porous hydrogel integrating catechol motifs and targeting aptamers for pulpitis management. Upon in situ crosslinking, the scaffold actively recruits endogenous dental pulp stem cells, restores redox homeostasis, and modulates immune responses.

Photocatalytic Transfer Hydrogenation Using Plastic Hydrolysates as Hydrogen Donor

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Plastic waste is transformed into functional amines via solar‐driven transfer hydrogenation. Soluble monomers from acid hydrolysis of waste polymers serve as a hydrogen (electron/proton)donors in the selective reduction of nitroarenes using a visible light active photocatalyst consisting of cobalt promoted molybdenum disulfide integrated in cyanamide ...

Extraordinary sensitivity of the electronic structure and properties of single-walled carbon nanotubes to molecular charge-transfer

open access: yes, 2008
Interaction of single-walled carbon nanotubes with electron donor and acceptor molecules causes significant changes in the electronic and Raman spectra, the relative proportion of the metallic species increasing on electron donation through molecular ...

Cobalt Single‐Atom Catalysts for Ultrafast Sulfamethoxazole Degradation: Unveiling the Chloride‐Ion‐Enhanced Formation of Co(IV)=O

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An atomically dispersed Co–N4 single‐atom catalyst rapidly activates peroxymonosulfate to remove the antibiotic sulfamethoxazole from water. Common ions have little impact, but chloride dramatically speeds degradation by promoting a high‐valent Co(IV) = O oxidant via in situ HOCl–catalyst electron transfer.

G6PC Downregulation Promotes Renal Calcium Oxalate Stone Formation via Lactate‐Induced SNAIL1 K206 Lactylation and Epithelial‐Mesenchymal Transition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In renal calcium oxalate stone formation, G6PC downregulation leads to lactate accumulation. This lactate mediates CBP/p300‐dependent lactylation of SNAIL1 at K206, promoting its nuclear translocation. Nuclear SNAIL1 activates the TGF‐β/SMAD3 pathway, driving epithelial‐mesenchymal transition and fibrosis, which ultimately facilitates crystal ...

Alcohol‐Directed Carboamination of Conjugated Enynes

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
The first general three‐component intermolecular Pd‐catalyzed carboamination of conjugated enynes enables the coupling of anilines and aryl triflates to produce functionalized allenic amines, utilizing a native alcohol directing group to control regioselectivity.

Palladium Catalyzed Reactions of 2-Nitroaniline with Vinylethers

open access: yesE-Journal of Chemistry, 2007
A new method for the synthesis of hemiaminal ether have been suggested. The reactions of 2-nitro aniline with vinyl ether in the presence of PdCl2(CH3CN)2 produces hemiaminal ether compounds. The resulting products have been identified by spectral data.

Orbital and Electrical Dual Function of Polymer Intercalant for Promoting NH4+ Storage in Vanadium Oxide Anode

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, Volume 15, Issue 11, March 18, 2025.
The impact of polyaniline insertion on the atomic orbitals and electronic structure of vanadium oxide anode is systematically investigated for the first time. The electrode exhibits an outstanding capacity and unprecedent long‐term cycling life, owing to the electron transition to the V 3dxy state and the enhanced diffusion kinetics.

Linear competitive inhibition of human tissue kallikrein by 4-aminobenzamidine and benzamidine and linear mixed inhibition by 4-nitroaniline and aniline

open access: yesBrazilian Journal of Medical and Biological Research, 2001
Hydrolysis of D-valyl-L-leucyl-L-arginine p-nitroanilide (7.5-90.0 µM) by human tissue kallikrein (hK1) (4.58-5.27 nM) at pH 9.0 and 37ºC was studied in the absence and in the presence of increasing concentrations of 4-aminobenzamidine (96-576 µM ...
