Ultrasonic measurement of anisotropic reflectivity from Water-Phenolic CE Interface
In this contribution, we experimentally test the effects of azimuth and tilt angle on the acoustic reflectivity of a liquid- anisotropic solid interface. For this study, we are using a large source transducer, and acquired data for samples with different

Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

Determining the vortex tilt relative to a superconductor surface
It is of interest to determine the exit angle of a vortex from a superconductor surface, since this affects the intervortex interactions and their consequences.

Tilted stripes origin in La1.88Sr0.12CuO4 revealed by anisotropic next-nearest neighbor hopping
Spin- and charge- stripe order has been extensively studied in the superconducting cuprates, among which underdoped La2−x Sr x CuO4 (LSCO) is an archetype with static spin stripes at low temperatures.
