EV‐SPEC: Decoding the Spatial Proteomic Signature of the Extracellular Vesicle Corona
This study introduces ‘EV‑SPEC’, a spatial proteomics method using TurboID fused to the transmembrane protein CD63 to map the protein corona of extracellular vesicles (EVs) without physical isolation. We show that EV‐SPEC identifies the protein‐protein interaction footprint of serum proteins, similar to those typically found on synthetic nanoparticles,

Encephalopathy: Cause, Pathogenesis, and Treatment
Various encephalopathies (sepsis‐associated, hepatic, hypoxic–ischemic, diabetic, uremic, toxic) have incompletely elucidated pathogenesis, which severely restricts targeted therapy development. Small molecule drugs show unique multitarget potential but face toxicity, poor blood–brain barrier penetration and unclear specificity.

Natural Monoterpene Stylosin Induced Anticancer Effects on Human Colon Carcinoma Cells
Extraction of STL from Ferula ovina by TLC and structural confirmation by 1H NMR. Favorable pharmacokinetics. Reduced CRC cell viability in a time‐ and dose‐dependent manner. Induced apoptosis. Interacted with the active site of HGFR. ABSTRACT Colorectal carcinoma (CRC) ranks among the top five most common malignancies globally, characterized by a high

Aging Impairs Macrophage Phagocytosis Through Mitochondrial ROS‐Induced Collagen Production
Aging compromises macrophage phagocytosis via the mitochondrial ROS‐driven overproduction of intracellular collagen. This excess collagen physically binds F‐actin, paralyzing cytoskeletal turnover; however, mtROS scavenging successfully rescues actin dynamics and restores phagocytic capacity.

Overexpression of Annexin A2 Is Associated with Abnormal Ubiquitination in Breast Cancer
Abnormal expression of annexin A2 contributes to metastasis and infiltration of cancer cells. To elucidate the cause of abnormal expression of annexin A2, Western blotting, immunoproteomics and immunohistochemical staining were performed to analyze ...
