The Oxide TFT By Anodic Oxidation

ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2016
Oxide-TFTs (thin film transistors) have been studied and are being applied to the AMLCD and AMOLED. One advantage of the oxide TFT is higher mobility than amorphous silicon TFT. The oxide material such as IGZO (indium gallium zinc oxide) is sputtered for the active layer.

Anodic oxidation of InAlAs

Corrosion Science, 2006
The anodic oxidation of InAlAs is investigated by transmission electron microscopy, Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy and medium energy ion scattering in order to elucidate the mechanism of oxide growth. For this purpose, anodizing was carried out at 5 mA cm−2 in 0.1 M sodium tungstate and 0.1 M ammonium pentaborate electrolytes at 293 K, which ...

Anodic oxidation of aluminium

Philosophical Magazine B, 1987
Abstract Key aspects of anodic film growth on aluminium at ambient temperatures in aqueous electrolytes, encompassing barrier- and porous-type films, are described. By direct observation of film sections, incorporating inert marker layers and tracers, in the transmission electron microscope and appropriate analysis, the locations of solid-film growth ...

Anodic oxidation of triphenylphosphinephenylimine

Electrochimica Acta, 1977
Abstract Anodic oxidation of triphenylphosphinephenylimine in acetonitrile has been examined by voltammetry, controlled potential coulometry, and electron spin resonance spectroscopy. Product analyses showed that triphenylphosphine oxide and mixtures of polymeric oxidized salts of aniline are major products along with unreacted starting material.

Porous Anodic Aluminum Oxide

2013
Porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) is one of the typical self-organized fine structures with cylindrical pores of uniform diameter arranged in a hexagonal array. AAO has been commonly used as a template for synthesis of nanostructures with a variety of materials.

Anodic Oxidation of Bisamides

ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2020
Previously [1] we studied the anodic oxidation of bisamides of type RCONH(CH2)nNHCOR (n = 2-4) under controlled current electrolysis (CCE), in methanol. Those with 3 and 4 methylene groups undergo mostly mono- and dimethoxylation at the alpha-position to 'N' atom.

Anodic Oxidation of Germanium

Journal of Applied Physics, 1961
On anodic polarization of etched samples of n-type or near-intrinsic p-type germanium, striations are formed. The periodic depletion of holes is advanced as a tentative explanation of the phenomenon.

Anodic Oxidation of Aluminum

1970
It was toward the end of the previous century that the commercial production techniques of aluminum were established, owing their success to the electrolytic reduction process. This development made it possible to use aluminum commercially and to exploit its many desirable properties.
