Aerospace medicine required controlled terrestrial models to investigate influences of altered atmosphere conditions, such as hypoxia, on human health and performance. These models could potentially be expanded to encompass disease conditions or treatment targets regulated through hypoxia or hypercapnia.

Treatment options for immune‐related adverse events associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors
Abstract The immunotherapy revolution with the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) started with the clinical use of the first ICI, ipilimumab, in 2011. Since then, the field of ICI therapy has rapidly expanded — with the FDA approval of 10 different ICI drugs so far and their incorporation into the therapeutic regimens of a range of malignancies.

Empirical Equilibria in Agent-based Economic systems with Learning agents [PDF]
We present an agent-based simulator for economic systems with heterogeneous households, firms, central bank, and government agents. These agents interact to define production, consumption, and monetary flow. Each agent type has distinct objectives, such as households seeking utility from consumption and the central bank targeting inflation and ...

Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐Derived Exosomes: A Promising Therapeutic Strategy for Age‐Related Diseases
Mechanisms of MSC‐Exos in the treatment of age‐related diseases. A Immunomodulatory and anti‐inflammatory, MSC‐Exos mediate immunomodulatory and anti‐inflammatory effects by regulating the polarisation of T cells and macrophages, promoting an anti‐inflammatory state while inhibiting pro‐inflammatory responses; B Suppression of oxidative stress, MSC ...

COMMA: A Communicative Multimodal Multi-Agent Benchmark [PDF]
The rapid advances of multimodal agents built on large foundation models have largely overlooked their potential for language-based communication between agents in collaborative tasks. This oversight presents a critical gap in understanding their effectiveness in real-world deployments, particularly when communicating with humans.

ABSTRACT Background One of the limiting toxicities of BTKi is the development of atrial fibrillation (AF), with an incidence of 3%–16%. Aim This study aimed to identify patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) starting both first‐ and second‐generation BTKis who are at high risk of developing AF using a machine learning approach.

FLOW: A Feedback LOop FrameWork for Simultaneously Enhancing Recommendation and User Agents [PDF]
Agents powered by large language models have shown remarkable reasoning and execution capabilities, attracting researchers to explore their potential in the recommendation domain. Previous studies have primarily focused on enhancing the capabilities of either recommendation agents or user agents independently, but have not considered the interaction ...

Abstract Objective Individuals with epilepsy are at a higher risk of dying suddenly and without explanation, known as sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP). Seizures are a risk factor for SUDEP, and nonadherence to antiseizure medication (ASM) increases this risk.
