The anti-HLA-E IgG2a mAbs, TFL-006 and TFL-007, reacted with all HLA-I antigens, similar to the therapeutic preparations of IVIg. Indeed, IVIg lost its HLA reactivity, when its HLA-E reactivity was adsorbed out.

ABSTRACT Extracellular vesicle therapies have been developed for tissue repair, but how donor‐cell senescence reshapes vesicle‐mediated mitochondrial transfer remains unclear. Here, we show that senescent adipose‐derived stem cells (ADSCs) redirect damaged mitochondria into microvesicles (MVs), converting protective vesicles into pro‐degenerative ...

From Humoral Theory to Performant Risk Stratification in Kidney Transplantation
The purpose of the present review is to describe how we improve the model for risk stratification of transplant outcomes in kidney transplantation by incorporating the novel insights of donor-specific anti-HLA antibody (DSA) characteristics.

We present a complete T2T genome assembly for a key bat reservoir. Integrating population genomics, comparative genomics, transcriptomics, single‐cell omics, and functional assays, we resolve previously inaccessible genomic regions and identify evolutionary signatures associated with immune adaptation.

Immunological barriers in ABO-incompatible kidney transplantation: How to overcome
Background: Various desensitization strategies are used to overcome immunologic barriers such as anti-human leukocyte antigen-donor-specific antibody (HLA-DSA) and anti-ABO blood group incompatibility.

Contributions of vitamin D response elements and HLA promoters to multiple sclerosis risk [PDF]
Objective: The identification of a vitamin D-responsive (VDRE) motif within the HLA-DRB1*15:01 promoter region provides an attractive explanation for the combined effects of HLA-DR inheritance and vitamin D exposure on multiple sclerosis (MS) risk.

XChrom is a deep learning framework that integrates genomic sequence and single‐cell context to predict chromatin accessibility. It generalizes to unseen cells and genomic regions, enabling cross‐sample and cross‐species analysis. Applied to COVID‐19 patient data, XChrom reveals key transcriptional regulatory mechanisms and disease‐associated ...

Lrat+ quiescent hepatic stellate cells (qHSC) give rise to Lrat+Fbln2+ activated HSC (aHSC) in alcohol‐associated hepatitis and this subpopulation is highly profibrotic, inflammatory, and immunoregulatory based on their single cell transcriptomic profile. Abstract Background and Aims Relative roles of HSCs and portal fibroblasts in alcoholic hepatitis (
