Purpose: To describe a case of unilateral acute idiopathic maculopathy (UAIM) response to intravitreal therapy with aflibercept (Eylea). Methods: Retrospective case report. Results: A 36-year-old woman with sudden visual impairment and central scotoma was found to have a UAIM in her left eye.
