METTL7A‐Dependent m6A Methylation Orchestrates CXCR4hi Neutrophil Pathogenicity and NETosis in Skin Inflammation

In psoriasis, METTL7A is upregulated in aged CXCR4hi neutrophils, where it stabilizes PLSCR1 mRNA via m6A modification to enhance reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation, thereby exacerbating disease severity.
