Red Blood Cell‐Derived Exosomal miR‐93‐5p Promotes Lung Cancer Progression through PTEN Suppression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Red blood cell (RBC)‐derived exosomal miR‐93‐5p is elevated in lung cancer patients and correlates with poor outcomes. Exosomal miR‐93‐5p suppresses PTEN in cancer cells, enhancing proliferation, migration, and invasion. In mouse models, therapeutic inhibition with ASO‐miR‐93 5p reduces tumor growth, highlighting a bidirectional tumor‐RBC‐tumor axis ...

Bimetal‐Phenolic Framework to Combat Bacterial Infections via Synergistic Biofilm Dispersal, Bacterial Killing and Immune Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bimetal‐phenolic framework (Que‐Fe‐CeMPF) is developed by direct self‐assembly through the coordination of Fe3+ and Ce4+ with quercetin. Que‐Fe‐CeMPF exhibits multimodal activity, including cleaving matrix eDNA within biofilm, generating hydroxyl radicals via catalytic H2O2 to kill bacteria, and alleviating inflammation by stimulating macrophage ...

Enhancing Anti‐Tumor Effects of Engineered Extracellular Vesicles via Endocytosis Route Switching and Interferon Response Suppression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CD19‐293‐EV can switch the CD19 endocytosis pathway from clathrin‐mediated endocytosis to aggregation‐dependent endocytosis, leading to lysosomal degradation of the CD19/EVs complex. Degradation of the EVs leads to impairment in the IFN response and enhancement in EV uptake by target cells, creating a potent feedback cycle.

Micro/Nanorobots for Combating Brain Disorders: Challenges, Advances, and Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Micro/nanorobots (MNRs) offer a transformative approach for precision therapy in brain disorders. By overcoming biological barriers and enabling controlled propulsion, targeted delivery, and real‐time imaging/tracking, MNRs pave the way toward effective, minimally invasive treatments. This review outlines the interplay between brain disease challenges,
