Abstract Aim Although regulatory responses to safety signals have been studied, pregnancy‐specific data and their dissemination to medical professionals remain unclear. This study examined the characteristics and temporal trends of teratological safety signals prompting the European Medicines Agency to implement risk minimization measures.

Aims CYP2C19 is one of the most important pharmacogenes, and its activity is highly variable due to factors such as genetics or drug–drug interactions. Due to the lack of an appropriate endogenous CYP2C19 biomarker, surrogate methods to assess its activity are warranted.

Genetic engineering (GE) overcomes BCA limits, enabling robust, scalable crop protection. “Super Bioagents” (SBs) use optimized SSs to enhance bioactive molecule delivery. Optimizing SSs enhance precise, sustainable effector deployment for stable disease suppression. SBs use microbiome‐informed design for scalable, next‐gen sustainable crop protection.
