An empirical approach towards the efficient and optimal production of influenza-neutralizing ovine polyclonal antibodies demonstrates that the novel adjuvant CoVaccine HT™ is functionally superior to Freund's adjuvant. [PDF]
Passive immunotherapies utilising polyclonal antibodies could have a valuable role in preventing and treating infectious diseases such as influenza, particularly in pandemic situations but also in immunocompromised populations such as the elderly, the ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

The anti-f antibody is rarely encountered in the immunohematology laboratory. It is against the compound antigen “ce” or “f.” The “f-“antigen is only expressed when both c and e alleles are present in the cis position on the same haplotype.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Antibody targeted nanoparticles for imaging and therapy of cancer
The central hypothesis for this thesis is that antibody-targeted superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) can be used for diagnosis and therapy of cancer.

Identification of rare anti-f alloantibody in a tertiary care center in India
A 68-year-old male known follow-up patient of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and carcinoma stomach was admitted to hospital for further management. The patient was planned for radical gastrectomy and required two units of packed red blood cell (PRBC), due ...

Rh D (D or RH 1) is next clinically important blood group after ABO blood group system. Although most people are either D+ or D−, there are a large number of individuals having different forms of D variants; weak D, partial D, or DEL phenotypes.

We first identified functional murine mitochondrial N‐formyl peptides (MT‐FPs) and investigated their effects on the in vitro myeloid‐derived suppressor cell (MDSC) generation from bone marrow cells. We demonstrated that MT‐FPs acted directly on bone marrow cells to promote MDSC generation and modulated the polymorphonuclear (PMN)‐MDSC/monocyte (M ...
