Table_3_Probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG Induces Alterations in Ileal Microbiota With Associated CD3-CD19-T-bet+IFNγ+/- Cell Subset Homeostasis in Pigs Challenged With Salmonella enterica Serovar 4,[5],12:i:-.DOCX

open access: yes, 2019
Salmonella enterica serovar 4,[5],12:i:- (S. 4,[5],12:i:-) is an emerging foodborne pathogen causing salmonellosis in humans and animals. Probiotic Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) is an effective strategy for controlling enteric infections through ...

Decoding Biomolecular Phase Separation: From Physiological Roles to Pathological Mechanisms and Therapeutic Biomaterials Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review systematically elaborates on the mechanisms underlying physiological regulation and pathological dysregulation of biomolecular phase separation. It also summarizes advances in phase‑separation‑targeted therapeutic strategies and the design of functional biomaterials inspired by this process.

Anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy in relapsed/refractory t(8;21) acute myeloid leukemia with aberrant CD19 expression

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology
BackgroundT (8; 21) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a special type of acute leukemia, and exhibits a heterogeneous prognosis, with a long-term relapse rate of about 40%. Once t(8; 21) AML patients experience relapse, they have an extremely poor prognosis,

Immune Biomarkers of Islet Transplant Rejection Revealed by Synthetic Immunological Niche

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A subcutaneous synthetic immunological niche (IN) enables serial, minimally invasive monitoring of immune responses after islet transplantation. Flow cytometry and transcriptomic profiling of the IN reveal immune‐cell programs associated with graft acceptance and distinct types of rejection.

Simplified flow cytometric immunophenotyping panel for multiple myeloma, CD56/CD19/CD138(CD38)/CD45, to differentiate neoplastic myeloma cells from reactive plasma cells [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Background: Flow cytometric immunophenotyping has been used to identify neoplastic plasma cell populations in patients with multiple myeloma (MM). Previous reports have described the use of several antigens, including CD38, CD138, CD56, CD117, CD52, CD19

Targeting Cannabinoid 1 Receptor in Macrophages Alleviates Psoriatic Skin Inflammation Through the AUF1–NLRP3 Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Macrophage CB1R emerges as a key driver of psoriatic inflammation by suppressing AUF1‐mediated post‐transcriptional control of NLRP3. CB1R inhibition restores AUF1‐dependent NLRP3 mRNA decay, restrains inflammasome activation, and alleviates psoriasis‐like inflammation.

Differential recognition patterns of Schistosoma haematobium adult worm antigens by the human antibodies IgA, IgE, IgG1 and IgG4 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Schistosoma haematobium antigen recognition profiles of the human isotypes IgA, IgE, IgG1 and IgG4 were compared by image analysis of western blots. Adult worm antigens separated by 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis were probed with pooled sera from ...

Gapless Complete Genome and Multi‐Omics Illuminate Immune Adaptation and Host‐Virus Interactions in a Coronavirus Reservoir

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present a complete T2T genome assembly for a key bat reservoir. Integrating population genomics, comparative genomics, transcriptomics, single‐cell omics, and functional assays, we resolve previously inaccessible genomic regions and identify evolutionary signatures associated with immune adaptation.
