ABSTRACT Nephrotic syndrome(NS) can be classified into steroid‐sensitive nephrotic syndrome (SSNS) and steroid‐resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS). Rifampicin is potentially leading to treatment resistance in NS. Here we report a case of SRNS secondary to rifampicin‐induced drug interactions during antituberculosis therapy.
