A Case Report of Giant Congenital Melanocytic Nevus Complicated by Minimal Change Disease, With Genetic Analysis

A 39‐year‐old woman with congenital giant melanocytic nevus presented with new‐onset nephrotic syndrome and was diagnosed with minimal change disease by renal biopsy. The image shows large pigmented patches with coarse hair on the back, bilateral abdominal lesions, and scattered pigmented macules on the lower legs.
