Single Cell Analysis Reveals Dynamic Changes of Distinct Cell Populations in Human Nickel Allergy
We investigated cell types mediating the early and late inflammatory responses in human Ni2+‐allergy by scRNA‐Seq. Early responsiveness was mainly mediated by TLR4+TAGLN− endothelial cells indirectly activating TLR4−KRT16+ keratinocytes, and CCR7+DCN+ DCs. Late responsiveness was crucially driven by infiltration of KLF2+ central memory T cells and TLR4+

A sandwich ELISA for the detection of bluetongue virus in cell culture using antiserum against the recombinant VP7 protein [PDF]
A polyclonal antibody-based sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (s-ELISA) was developed for the detection of bluetongue virus (BTV). The test used antiserum against BTV and antiserum against the bluetongue (BT) core protein.

This study reports the three‐dimensional structure of an important cat allergen, Fel d 4, that shares high homology with Equ c 1 (i.e., major horse allergen) and Can f 6 (i.e., dog allergen). The C‐terminal region of the Fel d 4 contains a major IgE‐reactive epitope.

Conclusions1. The rabbit is able to produce an antiserum which counteracts the pressor effect of dog renin. 2. The antiserum for dog renin appears to diminish the pressor response to rabbit renin.3. This antiserum has no effect on the pressor action of pituitrin.4. The dog appears able to produce an antiserum to hog renin. 5.

ABSTRACT Background Study aimed to obtain insights into physiological responses to immunocastration in pubertal boars by evaluating effects of alternative vaccination protocols and identifying a reliable immunocastration biomarker. Objectives It was hypothesized that the timing of gonadotropin‐releasing hormone (GnRH) suppression by immunocastration ...
