Borylcyclopropanes: Synthetic Strategies and Applications
Borylcyclopropanes (cyclopropanes bearing a boron substituent) sit at the intersection of two privileged frameworks in synthesis. This review provides the first exhaustive survey of their chemistry, spanning metal–carbene, nucleophilic cyclization, radical, hydroboration, and C─H activation routes, and documenting applications in medicinal chemistry ...

MPXV infection leads to persistent viral replication and severe local inflammation, while existing treatments cannot simultaneously remove viruses and repair injured tissue. This study constructs Polymer@mPDA@Gel hydrogel via a two‐step hierarchical assembly method: mPDA anchors photothermal polymers to form antiviral photothermal subunits, which are ...

Supramolecular Polymer‐Surfactant Co‐Assemblies for Multivalent HSV‐1 Inhibition
Non‐covalent co‐assembly of BTA with antiviral surfactants produces ratio‐dependent morphologies. Fibrous supramolecular polymers exhibit superior HSV‐1 inhibition, revealing multivalent fiber‐virus interactions and highlighting supramolecular co‐assemblies as a powerful strategy for functional biomedical nanomaterials with demonstrated tunable ...

This work identified CPD3a as a potent, stable C‐nucleoside cordycepin derivative. When formulated into microneedle array for topical treatment, it ameliorated psoriasis by rebalancing immunity and enhancing antioxidant defenses. ABSTRACT Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by immune dysregulation and epidermal hyperplasia ...

In macrophages, senkyunolide I (SEI) directly targets the K12 residue of VDAC1 to inhibit its stress‐induced oligomerization, a critical upstream event that effectively prevents mitochondrial DNA release and subsequent cGAS‐STING pathway activation.

NMR screening is a powerful method for hit detection in drug‐discovery. We designed and validated the OpenFL600 19F$^{19}{\rm F}$ NMR library to probe diverse targets, including RNA, GPCRs, kinases, and proteases. This library yields target‐specific ligands without generating promiscuous binders.

This study integrates random matrix theory (RMT) and principal component analysis (PCA) to improve the identification of correlated regions in HIV protein sequences for vaccine design. PCA validation enhances the reliability of RMT‐derived correlations, particularly in small‐sample, high‐dimensional datasets, enabling more accurate detection of ...

ABSTRACT Dengue virus (DENV) poses a serious global health challenge, particularly in cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Patients with preexisting mitochondrial disorders may be at increased risk for complications due to the specific impact of DENV on mitochondrial‐dependent cellular processes and immune function.
