Dense tactile streams from across the humanoid body converge on collide in a central wiring and data bottleneck. By relocating computation closer to and then into the skin itself, near‐ and in‐sensor architectures, together with neuromorphic computing, chart a path toward perception‐native electronic skin, in which the conversion of stimulus into ...

Polychip‐A High‐Throughput Droplet Microfluidics Platform for Interrogating Microbial Interactions
Polychip, a fully integrated droplet microfluidics platform, enables high‐throughput, single‐cell resolution screening of polymicrobial interactions. By seamlessly combining six automated microfluidics operations on a single chip, the system accelerates antimicrobial discovery by 11 to 14 times compared to traditional robotic methods.

A new data‐efficient framework combining DFT calculations, a neural network model, and automated graph analysis of catalytic reaction networks is proposed and applied to CO2 hydrogenation on transition metal nanoparticles. The analysis shows how efficient C2 oxygenate production requires a balance between CHx formation, C–C coupling, protonation, and ...

Formin homology 2 domain-containing 3 (Fhod3) controls neural plate morphogenesis in mouse cranial neurulation by regulating multidirectional apical constriction. [PDF]
Neural tube closure requires apical constriction during which contraction of the apical F-actin network forces the cell into a wedged shape, facilitating the folding of the neural plate into a tube.

Multiferroic order parameters – polarization, magnetization, and ferroelastic strain – are positioned as dynamic design variables for batteries. Their mechanistic roles, practical tuning through fabrication and external fields, and ferroic‐resolved characterization routes are unified into a closed‐loop framework, revealing how coupled ferroic responses

Engineered exosomal siRNA delivery platform enables systemic, neuron‐targeted RNA transport across the blood–brain barrier. Surface functionalization with rabies virus glycoprotein‐derived peptide facilitates receptor‐mediated transcytosis, achieving efficient cytosolic delivery and robust gene silencing. Targeting RIPK3 suppresses necroptosis, reduces

Quantitative analysis of myosin-driven apical constriction in delaminating neuroblasts
The epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) process is important for organ formation, tissue homeostasis and tumor metastasis. In our project, we use the formation of neuroblasts, which develop into Drosophila embryonic ventral nerve cord, as a model ...

The anatomy of the root apex: A review and clinical considerations in endodontics
Studies on the anatomy of the root apex are an area of interest to the endodontist; they have reported that the position of the apical constriction, apical foramen and the cemento-dentinal junction varies across the tooth types.

Apical cell constriction during chicken lens placode invagination.
O cristalino de vertebrados se origina a partir da invaginação do ectoderme que recobre a vesícula óptica. A invaginação epitelial em diversos modelos é causada pela constrição celular apical, mediada pela contração apical de actina e miosina II e ...

In bladder cancer, LRG1 binds to ANXA2 to trigger mitochondrial ROS‐dependent NETosis. This pathogenic cascade actively uncouples endothelial‐mural cell interactions, driving profound vascular destabilization. Consequently, targeting the LRG1‐ANXA2 axis attenuates the neutrophil burden and induces structural vascular normalization, offering a powerful ...
