Katalaz enziminin kerevizden (Apium graveolens) saflaştırılması [PDF]
Bu çalışmada katalaz enzimi ilk kez kerevizden saflaştırılmış ve karakterizasyonu yapılmıştır. Saflaştırılan katalaz enziminin molekül ağırlığının 237 kDa olduğu ve 58 kDa ağırlığında 4 eşit alt birimden oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Kereviz (Apium graveolens) katalazının optimum sıcaklığının 30 °C ve optimum pH’ının 7,5 olduğu bulunmuştur.
