Approximating measures invariant under higher-dimensional chaotic transformations
The main purpose of this paper is to present a method for approximating the absolutely continuous invariant measures by means of approximating the Frobenius-Perron operator \(P_{\tau}\) by finite-dimensional operators. Here \(\tau\) is a Jablonski transformation from the \(n\)- dimensional unit cube into itself.

Approximate measurement invariance
This chapter focuses on a practical analysis of the Bayesian approximate measurement invariance model using standard software. It introduces the concept of approximate measurement invariance and illustrates the use of its most basic variant. The chapter discusses the use of measurement invariance testing in latent variable measurement models.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Control limitations from distributed sensing: theory and Extremely Large Telescope application [PDF]
We investigate performance bounds for feedback control of distributed plants where the controller can be centralized (i.e. it has access to measurements from the whole plant), but sensors only measure differences between neighboring subsystem outputs ...

ABSTRACT Objective Onasemnogene abeparvovec (OA) is an AAV9‐based gene therapy for spinal muscular atrophy type I (SMA I). Real‐world outcomes show increased response variability compared to clinical trials, and follow‐up data beyond 12–18 months are limited.

Renormalization Group Invariants in the MSSM and Its Extensions
We derive one-loop renormalization group (RG) invariant observables and analyze their phenomenological implications in the MSSM and its \mu problem solving extensions, U(1)' model and NMSSM.

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

A Robust Adaptive One‐Sample‐Ahead Preview Super‐Twisting Sliding Mode Controller
Block Diagram of the Robust Adaptive One‐Sample‐Ahead Preview Super‐Twisting Sliding Mode Controller. ABSTRACT This article introduces a discrete‐time robust adaptive one‐sample‐ahead preview super‐twisting sliding mode controller. A stability analysis of the controller by Lyapunov criteria is developed to demonstrate its robustness in handling both ...

Understanding the factors that derive continuance intention of e-shopping in Saudi Arabia: Age group differences in behaviour [PDF]
The objective of this study is to clarify the theoretical problem and identify factors that could explain the level of continuance intention of e-shopping in context of Saudi Arabia.

Universal geometric approach to uncertainty, entropy and information [PDF]
It is shown that for any ensemble, whether classical or quantum, continuous or discrete, there is only one measure of the "volume" of the ensemble that is compatible with several basic geometric postulates.
