Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

Faster Approximate Elastic-Degenerate String Matching - Part B [PDF]
We revisit the complexity of approximate pattern matching in an elastic-degenerate string. Such a string is a sequence of n finite sets of strings of total length N, and compactly describes a collection of strings obtained by first choosing exactly one ...

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

A Preprocessing for Approximate String Matching
Approximate string matching is a basic and important concept in many applications of information retrieval. This paper proposes an algorithm for the problem of approximate string matching.

This study demonstrates that iron overload triggers widespread chromatin compaction and transcriptional repression in human granulosa cells, recapitulating features of endometriosis. The epigenetic reprogramming is orchestrated by a TFEB‐SOX4‐SWI/SNF axis, with SOX4 acting as a central, dosage‐sensitive regulator.

Background LTR retrotransposons are a class of mobile genetic elements containing two similar long terminal repeats (LTRs). Currently, LTR retrotransposons are annotated in eukaryotic genomes mainly through the conventional homology searching approach ...

Generative AI‐Driven Accelerated Discovery of Passivation Molecules for Perovskite Solar Cells
A generative artificial intelligence (AI) framework combining a discriminative machine learning model (SMILES‐X) and a generative language model (GPT‐2) autonomously discovers new molecular passivators for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Through an iterative design loop, over 100 000 candidates are generated and screened, and randomly selected molecules

3-Partition Order-Preserving Pattern Matching
Two strings of equal length are called order-isomorphic if their relative orders are identical at every position. The classical order-preserving pattern matching (OPPM) problem finds all substrings in a text T that are order-isomorphic to a pattern P ...

Indexed Hierarchical Approximate String Matching [PDF]
We present a new search procedure for approximate string matching over suffix trees. We show that hierarchical verification, which is a well-established technique for on-line searching, can also be used with an indexed approach. For this, we need that the index supports bidirectionality, meaning that the search for a pattern can be updated by adding a ...
