Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Approximation in Hölder spaces
We introduce new vanishing subspaces of the homogeneous Hölder space $\dot{C}^{0,ω}(X,Y)$ in the generality of a doubling modulus $ω$ and normed spaces $X$ and $Y.$ For many couples $X,Y,$ we show these vanishing subspaces to completely characterize those Hölder functions that admit approximations, in the Hölder seminorm, by smooth, Lipschitz and ...

Moduli-Space Approximation for BPS Brane-Worlds
We develop the moduli-space approximation for the low energy regime of BPS-branes with a bulk scalar field to obtain an effective four-dimensional action describing the system.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Displacement Field Approximations for Force-Based Elements in Large Displacement Analyses
This paper investigates different approximation techniques for planar beam column elements in force-based methods. The three fields, introduced in this review, are: curvature-based displacement interpolation (CBDI) used in matrix-based flexibility ...

On generalizing covering approximation space
In this paper, we present the covering rough sets based on neighborhoods by approximation operations as a new type of extended covering rough set models. In fact, we have introduced generalizations to W. Zhu approaches (Zhu, 2007). Based on the notion of

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

A Note on Generalized Approximation Property
We introduce a notion of generalized approximation property, which we refer to as --AP possessed by a Banach space , corresponding to an arbitrary Banach sequence space and a convex subset of , the class of bounded linear operators on .

BEST APPROXIMATION IN QUASI TENSOR PRODUCT SPACE AND DIRECT SUM OF LATTICE NORMED SPACES [PDF]
We study the theory of best approximation in tensor product and the direct sum of some lattice normed spacesX_{i}. We introduce quasi tensor product space anddiscuss about the relation between tensor product space and thisnew space which we denote it by ...
