Comparative Effects of Angiotensin Receptor Blockers on Blood Pressure and Serum Urate in Patients With Hypertension and Hyperuricaemia: A Systematic Review and Network Meta‐Analysis

Allisartan ranked best for serum urate reduction and showed favourable blood pressure control, whereas losartan also performed well overall. These rankings may inform ARB selection but should be interpreted cautiously because of inconsistency, heterogeneity and sparse direct evidence.
