Multi‐Omics Integration Identifies a CDH3‐Associated Malignant Epithelial State and Immunosuppressive Niche to Predict Prognosis in Thymic Epithelial Tumors

Single‐cell, spatial, molecular, and pathology analyses identify a CDH3‐associated malignant epithelial state in thymic epithelial tumors. This state links stem‐like and EMT programs to M2 macrophage–rich immunosuppressive niches, genomic instability, poor survival, and drug vulnerability.

Controllable Cascade Aggregation Ion Programmed Nanomachines and Simple Isolation Enable Tumor‐Derived Small Extracellular Vesicles Detection for Enhanced Breast Cancer Assessment

This study developed a convenient, enzyme‐free detection platform based on controllable aggregation ion nanomachines. Its favorable anti‐interference capacity and high sensitivity meet the detection requirements for clinical samples processed via a simple filtration method within 10 min.

Robots and Minimal, Physics‐Informed Features: A Hybrid Framework for Enzyme Catalysis

Robotic experimentation and physics‐informed machine learning combine to predict enzyme substrate scope. With a handful of interpretable features derived from docking and quantum mechanics calculations, our model rivals descriptor‐heavy AI approaches and extrapolates to unseen substrates and enzyme classes.
