Armazenamento refrigerado de abacates 'Hass' [PDF]

Este trabalho objetivou determinar a ocorrência de injúria pelo frio em abacates 'Hass'. Na primeira Etapa, os abacates foram armazenados a 5ºC (77% UR), 10ºC (79% UR) e 15ºC (79% UR) por até 21 dias. Aos 7; 14 e 21dias de armazenamento, um lote com 36 frutos foi levado ao ambiente (22°C e 77% UR) para amadurecimento. Testou-se também o armazenamento a
