Constitutional Bait and Switch: Executive Reinterpretation of Arms Control Treaties [PDF]
A new constitutional crisis has been thrust upon the American body politic. The crisis arises from a dispute concerning the allocation of legal authority for the interpretation, and especially for the reinterpretation, of international agreements. Once a

Biochemical evidence of chromosome homoeology among related plant genera. [PDF]
Biochemical markers associated with homoelogous chromosome groups 3 and 7 of Triticum aestivum L. have been investigated in genetic stocks carrying chromosomes or chromosomal segments of the same homoeology groups from Agropyron elongatum and Secale ...

This study develops a semi‐supervised classifier integrating multi‐genomic data (1404 training/5893 validation samples) to improve homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) detection in breast cancer. Our method demonstrates prognostic value and predicts chemotherapy/PARP inhibitor sensitivity in HRD+ tumours.

Fault Lines between East and West: Which Levers Can Rebuild Confidence?
Several regional fault lines will define the character of relations between East and West in the coming years. It is already evident that notably in the Baltic region, both NATO and Russia have squandered a great deal of confidence, which will have to be

Analysis and control of a rubbertuator arm [PDF]
The control of light-weight compliant robot arms is cumbersome due to the fact that their Coriolis forces are large, and the forces exerted by the relatively weak actuators may change in time as the result of external (e.g. temperature) influences. We describe and analyse the behaviour of a light-weight robot arm, the SoftArm robot.

The Ratification Premium: Hawks, Doves, and Arms Control
:This article examines the effect of leaders’ foreign policy preferences on their ability to pursue and ratify arms control agreements. Does it take a “Nixon to go to China,” with hawks more effective than doves, when it comes to the domestic politics of

In patients treated with atezolizumab as a part of the MyPathway (NCT02091141) trial, pre‐treatment ctDNA tumor fraction at high levels was associated with poor outcomes (radiographic response, progression‐free survival, and overall survival) but better sensitivity for blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB).

Heterodyne Holography with full control of both signal and reference arms
Heterodyne holography is a variant of phase shifting holography in which reference and signal arms are controlled by acousto optic modulators. In this review paper, we will briefy describe the method and its properties, and we will illustrate its ...

Trastuzumab‐deruxtecan, a HER2‐targeting antibody‐drug conjugate, shows promising antitumor activity in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with low HER2 expression. In vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated dose‐dependent cell death and tumor growth reduction in low HER2‐expressing cell lines, which correlated with drug accumulation measured using a

Synchronized computational architecture for generalized bilateral control of robot arms [PDF]
A master six degree of freedom Force Reflecting Hand Controller (FRHC) is available at a master site where a received image displays, in essentially real time, a remote robotic manipulator which is being controlled in the corresponding six degree freedom
