TREATMENT OF ARTERIOSCLEROSIS OBLITERANS WITH PYRIDINOLCARBAMATE
75例の閉塞性動脈硬化症例にpyridinolcarbamate治療を試みた結果,つぎの結論に達した. 1) Double blind法による38症例(pyridinolcarbamate群19, placebo群19)の2週間治療の結果, pyridinolcarbamateは本症に対して有効であることがわかつた. 2) 75例(男70,女5)についての1カ月から23カ月にわたる長期治療により,つぎの結果が得られた,すなわち,有効例は53例(71%)で,動脈拍動の改善は75例中26例に,知覚異常の改善は23例12例に,間歇性跛行の改善は47例中26例にみられた.またcyanosisの消失, ruborの軽減,潰瘍の治癒率はそれぞれ30, 27, 81%であり ...
